Dear Closed Captioning Companies

I don't know where to tell all of you captions... please don't use black background in DVD.... Don't use too big font and even worse wrong place to put caption like one in movie Hotel Transylvania... caption was on the man's face! Yes. by what I mean is more movies with captions are bad than before... STOP! and think twice! Thank you. I would like to pass this to every caption company. It is so annoying to watch with caption interfering my view rather than enjoy watching and understanding... think about it. HORRIBLE!

Please use regular English subtitle format for closed captioning because it is right size, no black background and simple without ruining our view. Thank you.

1. Just right size without black background. Please use that. Thanks.
2. That font size is okay but without black background please.
3. As you can see... wrong place for caption... in this... caption over character's face. And also squeeze in 3 lines... Bad idea... reduce to 2 lines or one. Thank you.
